Because Kova Cheats sells digital goods with instant delivery, all sales are generally final once a key or download has been issued.

Exceptions may be considered if a product is confirmed undelivered due to our error, or if a verified outage makes the product unusable and we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable window. Contact us on Discord with your order ID.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in blacklisting across our payment processors.
